All transactions are processed in PKR via supported methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. KYC verification is required before withdrawals. bpxchg charges no platform fees on standard transactions.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting tools, and exploitation of technical errors are strictly prohibited. bpxchg reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
bpxchg's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time of any claim. bpxchg is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bpxchg platform, operated at bpxchg.com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on bpxchg, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. The bpxchg Platform is intended for use by players based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bpxchg makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for use of the Platform in any territory where such use is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual player may maintain only one Account on bpxchg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bpxchg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to bpxchg support in a timely manner.
bpxchg is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as your CNIC), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be deemed inactive. bpxchg reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time of inactivity. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any such fee being applied.
You may request closure of your bpxchg Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being met.
bpxchg currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Online, Raast Instant Payment, 1LINK, standard bank transfer, and cash over-the-counter (OTC) at designated partner points.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bpxchg Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or OTC may take up to one business day to reflect. bpxchg does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. bpxchg charges no platform fee on standard withdrawals.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit constitutes fraud. bpxchg will pursue recovery of such amounts through all available legal means and will report such conduct to relevant financial institutions.
All bets placed on bpxchg are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selection, stake, and odds before confirming a wager.
Cricket betting on the Platform is governed by bpxchg's specific cricket betting rules, which cover match result settlement, abandonment and rain-affected matches, player prop market settlement, and live in-play bet acceptance windows. These rules are published in the Platform's Help section and form part of these Terms by reference.
Live dealer games on bpxchg are operated from certified studios. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bets already confirmed by the system will be settled according to the game outcome. bpxchg is not responsible for losses arising from your own connectivity issues.
In the event of a manifest technical error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed, software malfunction, or game data error — bpxchg reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions. Players may not exploit technical errors; doing so constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 7.
bpxchg reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on specific events, game types, or bet categories. These limits are published in the Platform's rules section and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings exceeding published limits may be adjusted to the applicable maximum.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bpxchg are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Balance must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the offer terms.
bpxchg reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, void bonus-derived winnings, and suspend Accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using systematic low-risk wagering strategies to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpxchg Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the bpxchg Platform — including but not limited to the bpxchg name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of bpxchg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from bpxchg.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxchg's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

bpxchg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, bpxchg may withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bpxchg's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration or dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
You agree that any claim or dispute arising in connection with your use of the bpxchg Platform must be brought within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
bpxchg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
